The following information is required by law but please see general before leaving this page.

A contract exists between us when you receive the confirmation e-mail from our payments processor, PayPal.

You have the right to cancel at any time up to seven working days from the receipt of the goods.
You must return the goods, unopened, at your own expense.

Should we supply incorrect or faulty goods, we will reimburse your payment and your additional costs.

Otherwise, we cannot refund charges for additional services such as gift-wrap and we cannot make refunds for opened coffee bags.

Our products are seasonal. If we are awaiting a supply of the beans you have ordered, we will advise you of the expected delay and offer substitution or refund as well as the option of waiting for the product.

Minimum Order Quantity of 4 x 250g bags or one 1Kilogram bag.

Delivery. We aim to roast your coffee within a week of receivng you order and pack it and send it by post immediately thereafter.
If a longer delay is expected, we will contact you and respond to your preference for substitution, refund or delay.
Postal charges are included in the price and are calculated at approxmately £1 per bag.
If there is any problem with the delivery, such as non-delivery or burst packaging, please contact us for another delivery or refund.

Ordering is always under your control. Every time you click the "Add to Cart" button, you are passed to the PayPal Shopping Cart which shows you every line of the order as it builds plus the total and allows you to modify quantities and remove items. When you "Proceed to checkout", you are asked to enter your payment details then again confirm your wish to purchase. PayPal then sends you, and us, an e-mail detailing your order.

Web site and privacy: We paid Augury to produce the website and we pay to have it hosted on a shared server.
The website is not dynamic. The "Add to Cart " buttons merely pass control to our payments processor PayPal.
Your payment details are not passed to us.
All we know of you is your delivery address and contact details. We promise to only use this information for the purpose intended and not to disclose it unless forced to do so by law.

General: Like every on-line retailer, we depend on your confidence in ordering from us.
Selling products with a unit price in the order of £5, we also depend on repeat business and word of mouth recommendations.
You are protected by law. You are protected by PayPal.
Over and above this you are protected by our need to have you as a satisfied, repeat, customer who will recommend us.
If our product delivery does not satisfy you, our response to complaints should.
